Do you know of any good workout video that doesnt require anything?

I am looking to buy a workout dvd so I can do it at home. but i dont want to have to buy anything like an ab shaper, etc. I want to be able to do everything in the video just with my body. please help!

try Zumba Fitness (they have their own website). It’s a latin dance workout dvd set (its in english though. They just have Latin Dance styles). It’s great. I’ve used it and i’ve lost so much weight in a few weeks (although I gained them back because laziness and bad eating habits kicked in). But its actually really fun. I hate most workout videos because they are boring and i just get tired but zumba works your entire body and does what the other videos do except they put it into dance and make it really entertaining. The only downside is that it can be pretty pricey. It’s like $60 for 3 dvds and 2 toning sticks and a manual (different additional workouts, diets, and “programs”). But its totally worth it.
